The drip irrigation belt products produced by this unit are widely used in farmland and plastic greenhouse cultivation, especially suitable for arid areas, and are patented products for water saving and energy saving irrigation.
Properties of the products:
The labyrinth drip irrigation belt water-saving equipment has turbulent flow state and pressure compensation, and the labyrinth runner molding is formed by one-time vacuum overall hot pressing. The manufacturing precision is high, and multiple outlets can effectively prevent clogging and uniform effluent.
Labyrinth drip irrigation belt mechanical features:
1. Extruder screw, after the cylinder is treated with high-quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, the alloy surface is sprayed again on the surface of the screw to increase the service life of the screw. The screw structure adopts a new structure, which is especially suitable for PE recycled materials, and the plasticizing effect is good.
2. Drip irrigation with film tube forming die adopts hot runner center spiral feeding, film tube adopts cast aluminum air ring for pre-wind cooling, using unique far infrared ray measuring device, making film tube thickness uniform, high strength and high control precision.
3. The drip irrigation belt is formed by the domestic advanced molding device, which makes the distance between the water inlet and the outlet of the drip irrigation belt even and stable. Thereby ensuring uniform dripping.
4. Drip irrigation belt traction adopts the opposite wheel (or crawler belt) traction, the whole traction process adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the production line is stable during the production process.
5. The drip irrigation belt is wound by double-centered center, which is flexible in operation and equipped with an electronic counting device.
6. The whole set adopts digital electrical control and is easy to operate.
